Abstract

When you buy stuff online, you can read what others said about it. But sometimes there are too many reviews. Sentiment analysis is a computer program that reads all reviews and figures out if people liked the product or not. It also looks at what people talked about and gives each thing a score. It adds up all the scores to give an overall rating. This helps people shopping online know if the product is good or not, and what specifically people liked or didn't like about it.
